             abstract = "O Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) {\'e} a mais nova ferramenta de 
                         controle da situa{\c{c}}{\~a}o ambiental rural nacional, 
                         principalmente para as {\'A}reas de Prote{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         Permanentes (APPs) e Reservas Legais (RL). Para a 
                         elabora{\c{c}}{\~a}o do CAR, utiliza-se imagens de 
                         sat{\'e}lites para as an{\'a}lises de desmatamento, mas como 
                         n{\~a}o h{\'a} um procedimento definido para isto, esse trabalho 
                         visa testar dois m{\'e}todos de classifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         supervisionada: Spectral Angler Mapper (SAM) e M{\'a}xima 
                         Verossimilhan{\c{c}}a (Maxver), a partir de imagens do 
                         sat{\'e}lite Sentinel-2 em assentamentos localizados no norte do 
                         estado do Mato Grosso. Ambos os m{\'e}todos mostram {\'o}timos 
                         resultados para a aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o no CAR na regi{\~a}o 
                         abrangido por este estudo, mas {\'e} recomend{\'a}vel 
                         test{\'a}-los em outras regi{\~o}es do Brasil, para confirmar a 
                         aplicabilidade dos m{\'e}todos no Cadastro. ABSTRACT: The Rural 
                         Environmental Registry (CAR) is the newest tool to control the 
                         national rural environmental situation, especially for the 
                         Permanent Protection Areas (APPs) and Legal Reserves (RL). To do 
                         this Registry it is used satellite imagens, but there is no 
                         defined procedure for this, so this work aims to test two methods 
                         of supervised classification: the Spectral Angler Mapper (SAM) and 
                         the Maximum Likelihood (Maxver) method, which is used for the 
                         elaboration of the CAR, using satellite images of the Sentinel- 2 
                         satellite for the deforestation analysis, in settlements located 
                         in the northern state of Mato Grosso. Both methods show excellent 
                         results for the CAR application in the region covered by this 
                         study, but it is advisable to test them in other regions of Brazil 
                         to confirm the applicability of the methods in the Registry.",
